Full-Throttle Promotion - Installers

Enphase Energy wants to thank you for your support during last year’s production backlog. We have made significant strategic investments to scale up our manufacturing capacity and our production is now at full-throttle, so you can sell confidently knowing you will not experience availability issues!

To kick this off, Enphase Energy is running an exciting promotion from April 1 to July 31, 2010. [UPDATE: The Full Throttle promotion period has been extended to August 31, 2010.] We are offering cash awards for installations of M190 and M210 Microinverters!

Program Details
The awards will be based on installations of M190 and M210 Microinverters and will be distributed as follows:

How to Qualify

• A minimum of 50 microinverters must be installed
• Only microinverters installed, and visible on Enlighten during the promo period of April 01 to July 31 will be eligible for awards. [UPDATE: The Full Throttle promotion period has been extended to August 31, 2010.]

Process

• Submit one form per company by August 31, 2010 [UPDATE: Form submissions are now accepted until September 30,2010.], which must include the system owners' names, site ID*, and number of microinverters sold. Please send forms to fullthrottle@enphaseenergy.com
• Enphase Energy requires a Taxpayer Identification Number in order to make payments to companies participating in Full Throttle. Please include a completed W-9 Form with your Full Throttle form if your company's Taxpayer ID is not already registered with Enphase.
• A check will be made out to the installation company principal, and will be distributed after the promo concludes at the end of August

* The Site ID is the numeric identifier found at the end of the web address for a system's Enlighten webpage. For example, the Site ID is "1267" for the following public site: http://enlighten.enphaseenergy.com/public/systems/gLmn1267
